Tucked into the hidden Man and Rong Valleys, the Jiva and Hoa Lu Houses are the crown jewels of our collection - 179 sqm private estates designed for families or groups seeking a truly distinguished retreat.
Each features three expansive bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a sunlit living room, and seamless indoor - outdoor dining spaces. A private pavilion invites moments of reflection, while the 70 sqm infinity pool - framed by Trang An’s most dramatic limestone karsts - offers an unforgettable backdrop for long, languid afternoons.

The only one of its kind at Jiva, Trà Garden is set in serene seclusion beside a private garden, reached by a stone bridge leading to a grove of rare trà hoa vàng tea trees - native to Ninh Bình and prized for their golden blossoms.
Within its 210 sqm footprint, four tranquil bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and deep soaking tub, flow into an open-plan living and dining area designed for gathering and quiet retreat.

Our 32 sqm one-bedroom units are located in two-story buildings nestled in Mơ and Mai Valleys. Each room features either a king bed or two twin beds, front and rear balconies with views of limestone peaks and natural greenery, minimalist interiors crafted with natural materials, air conditioning, and a well-stocked minibar for added comfort.
